About Peter
CCC, TS, RSW · Psychotherapist
Peter works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relational disconnection, and the quiet exhaustion of always being the one who holds things together. His approach draws on attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — helping people understand the parts of themselves that manage, protect, and carry weight, often without ever being asked to.
Sessions are offered in English, in person or virtually.

How we can work together
Every path starts with an initial consultation to understand what's weighing on you and what kind of support fits.
For anxiety, burnout, and the patterns you keep repeating without meaning to. We work at the pace your system can actually handle.
For the pursue-withdraw cycles that leave both people lonely. EFT helps you find the vulnerable ask underneath the argument.
PREPARE/ENRICH-facilitated sessions for couples preparing for marriage — building a strong foundation before the wedding, not after.
For parents and children navigating rupture and repair — building the kind of secure base a family can actually lean on.
On-site or virtual workshops for teams on stress, burnout, and healthier communication under pressure.
Small, guided groups for shared experiences — a space to feel less alone while building the same attachment-informed skills.
For those who want their faith woven into the work — integrating scripture and spiritual practice with attachment-informed, evidence-based care.
A starting point, not a diagnosis
